World Electric Vehicles Conference (1999)

Between November 18 and 20, 1999, APVE organized the World Electric Vehicles Conference, which was held simultaneously in Chattanooga (Tennessee, USA) and San José (Costa Rica). This event brought together scientists, technicians, business leaders, and high-level decision-makers from more than 20 countries, fostering the exchange of ideas and advancements in electric vehicle technology.

The conference served as a crucial platform for the global debate on the future of sustainable mobility, featuring the participation of prominent experts in the field. This engagement strengthened the collaboration between the public and private sectors to drive the adoption of clean technologies.
